Pickup Policy
All resource reservation requests must be submitted 7 days prior to the earliest preferred date of pickup. Items must be picked up during staffed office hours which are Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
You will receive a confirmation email with your designated pickup time within 48 hours of submission.

If you absolutely cannot pick up your reservation during office hours, please email the P.A., Sofia Gonzalez, at sgonza29@student.scad.edu. Do this AFTER you have submitted a resource reservation request.
Return Policy
Items must be returned during the next occurring office hours. As a rule, you have 48 hours, at the latest, to return said items. If your program is scheduled over the weekend, there will be leniency on the return date.

You will be given your return date when you pick up your reservation. If you cannot return the items during office hours, please discuss that with the P.A. when picking your items up.
A/V Reservation Policy
Miss Cindy in the O-House Office is in charge of A/V, not the P.A. You must complete the A/V reservation request form at least ONE WEEK prior to the event date. You may contact savreslife@scad.edu to inquire about equipment availability.
A/V Pickup and Return Policy
All equipment must be picked up Monday-Friday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. from Miss Cindy in the O-House Office. All equipment is due the next day by 9 a.m, unless it is picked up on a Friday, then the equipment will be returned the following Monday.
