FAQ

  • What if I can't pick up my reservation during office hours?
    When checking out an item, the google doc form will ask you if you can or cannot pick up your items during office hours. If you cannot, select no and it will prompt you to give your top two pick up time preferences. The P.A. will get back to you on whether or not either of those times work and you will go from there.
  • What if I can't drop off my items on time?
    Let the P.A. know as soon as possible so that you can establish a new time. If there is still not a time that works, you can drop off the supplies to Sarah Adams in the Oglethorpe House Office on the first floor during their office hours (Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm).
  • Can I request an item that 604 doesn't have?
    While you cannot request an item that 604 doesn't have you can certainly suggest an item and we may be able to get it for the following quarter. Use the regular reservation google doc and there will be an option at the beginning to make a resource suggestion.
  • What if I need help planning a program?
    You can schedule a one one one meeting with your P.A. during office hours and you can brainstorm ideas and research your target audience together.
  • Can I have my program featured on SavResLife social media?
    Most likely! Submit a social media request and the P.A. will get back to you with a confirmation within 48 hours. Just because you submit a request doesn't mean it will be approved though. Make sure you take high quality photos and your programming advertisment is aesthetically pleasing. You can submit a request either prior or after a program.
